The National Artist Issue On ANC

Sir Butch Dalisay will be on ANC "Media In Focus" this Thursday, 8-9 p.m. to talk about the National Artist issue. Cecile Alavarez, Carlo Caparas, and Virgilio Almario have also been invited.
