hello sir. i've been following your blog for a while now and i'm interested in the palanca awards but since last year they haven't been very helpful in providing the official rules of the awards. it seems only those in the literary scene have actual access to the rules making it really hard for ordinary people to submit their works. i hope you can help me get a copy of the rules just so i know word counts and format for submission. even up to now, their website is totally useless.

Hi, Cev!

I apologize, but I'm like you too. I rely on information from other people about the Palanca Awards also, and yes, their website is a bit slow with the updates.

I don't have any fresh information at this point, but if you want, you can call 856-0808. That's their number.

TY, and thanks for following my blog! :)

Good day!

I'm quite interested to join Palanca as well. Somehow, is it ok to rely on their past rules? The announcements are late...

Hi, Mami. I suppose relying on their past rules is okay, but to make sure, give them a call at 856-0808. Thanks very much!

Hi, Roderick. I'm not connected in any way with the Palanca foundation. I was just announcing through this blog entry that they are now open for entries for this year's competition, based on what is on their website. You can call the above tel. no. I gave to Cev Ruiz, or check their website, for more information. Thank you.
